Children are without a doubt a blessing, but let’s face it: motherhood is not glamorous. Books, magazines, television, even friends and family can make it look easy and lead us to believe “doing it all” should come naturally. Sometimes we as mothers become so preoccupied with being “supermom” that we ignore our own needs and can feel like we don’t measure up or that everyone seems to be doing this “mom thing” better than we are. My passion is helping women discover their own unique strengths and talents and overcome any depression or anxiety they may be experiencing in order to find peace and joy in motherhood.
